An excellent site in a wonderful location with a tarmac road right to the door. Great facilities and good level sites. Platypus and Kangeroos a big bonus fir us visiting from the UK. Cameron Gorge visitors centre and many of the tracks are 10 mins drive away. Also enjoyed the camp Lookout trail.

Recently stayed for 3 nights in our caravan. When we booked, reception gave good information about availability of necessary items like fuel and food. They also sent thru information by email which was also helpful. On checking in, reception staff gave hints about managing walks in the park. The amenities were great and the sites easy to access. One night there were some folk talking loudly quite late....I heard the park staff come by and shut it down at 10pm....thanks. not a peep after.....except from birds! Only complaint...not enough washing machines...2 not enough for a park that size especially if people are walking a lot. Loved our stay otherwise

Beautiful park amongst nature, a short ten minute drive into the information center of Carnarvon Gorge. Caters to everyone - vans, tents, cabins. The facilities are clean, sites ample size, the camp kitchens are well equipped. Service was friendly and they surprisingly had wifi, a well stocked little shop for extra supplies, and a happy hour each day with an info video about the Carnarvon Gorge park. They also have platypus (apparently) in the surrounding creek - we’ve only heard about the platypus in the wild at a few destinations so far yet have never seen any, so are starting to think they’re a mythical creature like the unicorn. Maybe one day …. 🤷‍♀️

A great tent site, spotless and well maintained amenities and staff and management prepared to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The informative video and covered cooking area were welcome features. Strongly recommended!|

Peaceful caravan park in an excellent location. Sites are well spaced and the natural surrounds are beautifully maintained. Camp ground facilities such as the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are fully functional and very clean. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Great little general store for basic grocery items and last minute camping supplies at very reasonable prices. Finska and other outdoor games available for hire free of charge if you have some down time. Close driving distance to visitor information centre which is also the starting point for the walks. Great choice for a place to stay.
